H. 3101, the stopping of Obamacare, now will come up for debate since the passage of the do-nothing ethics bill.

I made a motion in late January to bring it in front of the ethics bill, but the status quo defeated the motion.

But now that the so-called ethics reform bill is gone, we’ll be on H. 3101.

Senator Tom Davis has an amendment that he believes will bring consensus to the issue.

Senator Davis is a good conservative, and I am inclined to support his amendment, but I will read it closely over the weekend before I decide.
